1Who can use Hallune

You must be at least 18 years old to use Hallune. You’re responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

2Your content and who owns it

You keep ownership of the dreams, text, media, comments, and messages you create. By posting content publicly, you grant Hallune a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating, improving, and promoting the service. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies retained briefly in backups or required by law.

You are responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

3AI-generated content

Hallune uses AI to analyse your dream and generate images and other output from your description. That output can be inaccurate, unexpected, or unintended, and should not be relied on as fact or advice. Don’t submit prompts intended to produce illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

4Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Harass, threaten, bully, or target people, or post hate speech.
• Post sexual content involving minors, or non-consensual or explicit sexual content.
• Post content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others’ rights.
• Spam, scam, impersonate others, or mislead people.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the service.
• Circumvent moderation, safety, blocking, or rate-limiting systems.

5Coins and purchases

Coins are a virtual item used to power AI generation and other features. Coins have no cash value and are non-transferable. Purchases are handled by our payment provider (Razorpay) or the app store (Google Play) and are final and non-refundable except where required by law or platform policy. Prices and the coin cost of features may change.

6Moderation and enforcement

We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that break these Terms or harm the community. Blocking and reporting tools are available and reviewed by our team.

7Service availability and changes

We’re still building Hallune, and we may add, change, or discontinue features, or limit or suspend the service, at any time. We don’t guarantee that the service will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

8Ending your use

You can stop using Hallune and delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account, which permanently removes your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these Terms or to protect the service or its users.

9Disclaimers

Hallune is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. AI output is not professional, medical, or psychological advice.

10Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pravshi Technologies and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the service.

11Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India for any dispute relating to Hallune.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notified in the app. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
