You can delete your Hallune account and its data at any time. There are two ways to do it — the first is instant, the second is for anyone who can no longer sign in.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This removes the account immediately and needs no approval from us.

1. Open Hallune on Android, or go to hallune.pravshi.com.
2. Sign in, then open Settings.
3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

Ask us to delete it

If you have lost access to your account — a forgotten password, an email address you no longer control — email support@pravshi.com from the address on the account, with the subject Delete my Hallune account. We may ask one or two questions to confirm the account is yours before we act, so that nobody else can delete it. We respond within 30 days and usually much sooner.

What gets deleted

Deleting your account permanently removes:

• Your profile — username, name, email address, date of birth, sex and country
• Every dream you have written, including its AI-generated images and any audio you recorded
• Your comments, votes, saved dreams and dream-map pins
• Your messages, connections and dream matches
• Your coin balance and any unused coins, which are not refundable and not transferable
• Your push notification tokens, so notifications stop immediately

What we keep, and for how long

Records are removed from our active database promptly. Associated media is purged from our storage and CDN within 30 days. A copy may persist for a limited period in encrypted backups before those rotate out.

We retain a minimal record of completed purchases where tax and accounting law requires it. That record is not linked to your dreams or your profile, and it is not used for anything else. If a dream of yours was reported and acted on, we may keep the moderation record so the same content cannot simply be re-posted.

Before you go

Deletion is permanent — we cannot restore an account, its dreams or its coins afterwards. If you would rather step away without losing anything, you can make your profile private and turn off notifications in Settings instead, and your dreams stay yours.
