Hallune has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE). Content that sexualises, endangers, or exploits a child is forbidden here, and so is any attempt to use Hallune to find, groom, or contact a child. This page sets out the standards we hold, how to report something, and what we do when you do.

Hallune is for adults

Hallune is an 18+ service. We ask for date of birth at sign-up and refuse accounts for anyone under 18, and our Play Store listing is rated for adults. If we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we remove it.

What is not allowed

• Any imagery, text, or audio that sexualises a minor — real, drawn, written or AI-generated
• Using our AI tools to attempt to produce such material
• Grooming, solicitation, or sexual conversation directed at a minor
• Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE material anywhere on the service

This applies to dreams, images, comments, messages, profiles and usernames alike. Because Hallune generates imagery from what you write, it applies to prompts as much as to posts.

How we prevent it

• Age gate. Accounts require a date of birth and are refused to under-18s.
• Automated screening. Dream text is checked before it can be posted publicly, and every AI-generated image is scanned before it can appear to anyone else. Content that fails is withheld and flagged for review.
• Human review. Flagged and reported content goes to a moderation queue our team works through.

How to report

Every public dream and every comment carries a Report action in the app — use it, and tell us what you saw. You can also block any account from their profile.

For anything involving a child, please also email support@pravshi.com with the subject Child safety report. Reports of this kind are prioritised above all other support, and you do not need an account to send one.

What we do about it

• We remove the content, usually within hours of it reaching us
• We terminate the account and block the person from creating another
• We preserve the relevant records so investigators can act on them
• We report to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and Indian law enforcement, and we cooperate with lawful requests

Legal compliance

We operate under Indian law, including the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, 2012, the Information Technology Act, 2000 and its Intermediary Guidelines, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We comply with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and with valid legal process in the jurisdictions where we operate.
